Avocado and Tomato Toast

1 x medium size ripe avocado 

1 x tomato, diced 

Dash lemon or lime juice 

1 x 40g slice toast 

Few drops Tabasco sauce or dried chilli flakes (optional)

Method: 

1. Cut a medium size ripe avocado in half, remove the stone, and scoop out the green flesh (around 70 – 90g). 

2. Put into a bowl and crush lightly with the back of a fork. 

3. Mix in the tomato, along with a dash of lemon or lime juice. 

4. Pile on top of the toast and sprinkle with Tabasco or chilli flakes if using and serve.
