Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion
2 sticks celery
4 cloves garlic
400g broccoli
900ml stock
50g stilton
30g Greek yogurt
Instructions
Sweat vegetables in oil, add stock and simmer. Blend with stilton and serve with yogurt
